It's a great app for people like us who have complicated shipping methods. This app can have as lot of scenarios as we want. Though I'm not good at English, the support team helped me very patiently. I think it was not easy to look into our admin page, because our language is Japanese. I can't thank you enough.

Janani and the support team were helpful again. I was having trouble because an unknown delivery area had appeared. Although the zone was not visible, the team discovered that it belonged to another app.
They were excellent, and exert efforts to solve the issue.

I had a very complicated shipping method request and I could not handle it. So I contacted by chat with my poor English but Vignesh helped me brilliantly. He tried to understand my bad writing patiently. Then he combined some scenarios, and it worked! That's something I can't think of. Vignesh is a specialist. He will be a great help to you.

The folks at LogBase are always super happy to help. I used their chat function, and then jumped immediately onto a call in order to better explain my situation. Siva understood what I was looking to do and though there wasn't strictly an out of the box solution, he was able to work on his end to make it work. It meant I didn't have to spend hours manually adding rates to all of my shipping methods.

Jenifer was very helpful and helped point me in the right direction quickly and efficiently.

I used to pay for another service and this has not only been cheaper but better. The customer service is fantastic. I'm able to schedule a Zoom call for the same day and the reps are extremely helpful. Today I was able to get Siva on the phone within the hour. He listened to my issue and proceeded to fix it efficiently and kindly. Would 100% recommend to anyone who ships their items.
