I would like to say how pleased I am with the customer support service. All I had to do is simply schedule an appointment. I picked a Zoom call. They offer more than one way to contact them for assistance which is wonderful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Siva. I explained my needs, and he was able to add the app and set it up with no problem for me. Mr. Siva is very knowledgeable, helpful, & patience. I'd have to say that my favorite thing about this app is the support. They have the best customer service and they are always ready to help and solve any problem your store might have. You can even schedule zoom meetings to go over your specific needs and get help setting up your shipping based on what you need.

Shipping origin definition by Shopify seems to be inconsistent and causes problems but this app works just great on the data it receives from Shopify.
The app works fine and can handle even complex shipping logic once you've figured out how it works. While it might not be very self explanatory, they do provide professional & fast reacting support. My contact Siva supported us multiple times on some urgent issues and it always worked out well. So do feel free to contact support anytime if you have any troubles. Give it a try!
