We were after a way to have different shipping rates for bulky and regular items, and for the cart to display these different rates automatically (instead of adding them together). We also wanted a free shipping threshold to apply to regular products but not bulky ones. This app was able to meet our needs perfectly.
They have amazing customer support and are happy to jump in a Zoom call to remotely walk you through all the steps required for your set up. Annie was extremely helpful in getting everything set up for us!
We recommend this app to anyone who has specific shipping requirements that cannot be met by Shopify's default system.

This app is great, it made our shipping rate more flexible. The best part of this is their awesome customer service, especially from Janani. They're always accommodating and patient since I have no idea how to set this one up.
The app works really well for all the shipping rules we wanted. It's a bit tricky to set up, however, the support is amazing. I was on a zoom call with Siva and he was able to handle all my requirements and set up everything in about 30 min. Definitely 5* support.
Siva is helpful for me in setting the app as per we need, and this app allows us to have product based setup and combine shipping methods for our store. Highly recommend to all!!!
