no support nothing, randomly fails to pick shipping events and update them at order page for customer to track, no reply from developers or support team, after leaving 5 message. NOT WORTH IT.
We are sorry about your issues. Unfortunately, the carriers used for your shipments were not available and dont allow our app to fetch the information needed.
Horrible customer service and billing. They advertise a price for billing and then charge you a lot more. Do not get this app.
