I have been using Shiprocket for some time now, and while the platform offers great features and ease of use, there is certainly room for improvement, especially regarding the delivery timelines. As expected with courier services, there are occasional delays, and some deliveries get affected due to factors outside of Shiprocket's control. However, these delays can be frustrating, and it would be great to see improvements in this area as time progresses.
That being said, the customer service experience has been exceptional. Ms. Manika Duggal, our Key Account Manager, has been incredibly supportive throughout. She responds to queries promptly and goes above and beyond to ensure that all concerns are addressed. Her effort to provide seamless support is definitely a bright spot in the overall service experience.
I’m hopeful that with time, Shiprocket will continue to enhance its delivery processes, ensuring quicker and more reliable service. The combination of an easy-to-use platform and responsive customer support from professionals like Manika & her team, makes it a service worth considering despite occasional delivery hiccups.

This is the best shipping app available in India . Trust me i have used many shipping apps but this is the best tat there is. The best feature is their customer support. Go for premium plans as you get dedicated account managers and NDR support. Another great feature is NDR panel where you can track the not delivered shipments and you can give instructions to the couriers from the panel itself.
