Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

1. 40% parcels face FAKE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
2. 20% parcels are RTO'ed without any delivery attempt
3. 80% RTO parcels are delivered with FAKE cheap 20-50rs products inside them
4. Charges premium rates for bullshit services
5. Customer support is useless as they are NOT interested to listen to you. Even if you provide 100 proofs, shiprocket never listens you

My experience with Shiprocket has been extremely disappointing. Despite making countless calls and sending multiple emails, I have received virtually no resolution to my issues. Pickup requests are rarely completed on time, making it impossible to maintain reliable service for my customers.

The customer support team appears to have little understanding of the problems and is unable to provide effective solutions. Every shipment feels stressful because there is no confidence that it will be handled properly.

What is even more frustrating is that, on several occasions, orders were returned to me without my customer ever rejecting or refusing the delivery. This has caused unnecessary losses and has damaged my relationship with my customers.

I strongly advise businesses to think twice before choosing Shiprocket. If your business depends on timely deliveries and customer satisfaction, relying on this service could seriously harm your reputation and customer base.

The customer support is a lie - there is a "button" that says "Call us" and it's not a button it's a span!!!! Liars, liars, liars.

Second, the delivery was supposed to pick up our goods at 4PM. Never showed up. Client upset. Shiprocket doesn't care.

Also, read all the 5 star reviews... they're all FAKE.

PS: It's been 10 days. The delivery has not yet reached the location, and shiprocket doesn't do ANYTHING!
