We've been debating increasing our shipping threshold for about a year, but we were hesitant because we didn't know what would happen to our conversion rate if we raised it... then I found ShipScout and it changed everything! We've been looking for an app like this for a while and couldn't be happier with ShipScout. It's easy to use, has excellent reporting and the service is fantastic. Given how large of an impact Shipping costs can be on AOV & Conversion Rate, this app should be standard for any business.

Really easy to use to set up the shipping test with a nice simple data dashboard BUT I found the experiment quite buggy. The thresholds were not always working and we would see multiple options at checkout that was not intended so we rolled the test back. I reached out to the team to ask for help to resolve the bugs but nearly a week later I am still waiting.
