I had to change my rating back to one star. Today it didn't connect due an error at the end of Ship Station for 3 hours. Just a white screen and gear spinning. Horrible support. Continued errors with Shopify Software. I held for 40 minutes with phone support, then a leave a message, message came on. The email support is a joke. Token incompatibility with shopify. I am not happy. I spent 1/2 my morning trying to deal with shipping only 20 orders. Account rep is not responsive and there is no one to fill in. When you do reach people they are poorly trained and not helpful. All they do is ask for a 5 star rating
Shipping orders themselves seem to be going alright, but I've been dumbfounded at the number of basic things we've asked for where the response has been "You're the first person to ever ask about this feature!" which I have a hard time believing. For example, printing one Order Summary per page when bulk printing is not an option (seriously?). The most recent shock has been that, in order to simply increase the font size of the packing slips/order summaries so our more elderly staff members can read them, I have to upgrade to a higher plan that unlocks "customization" of documents. I don't want to fully customize the documents, I just want the font bigger so our staff can read it. Sucks that they want to charge us an extra $240 per year for the privilege of printing readable documents. We're in too deep now to switch apps, but my advice to anyone considering this would be to ask all those "seemingly dumb" questions you have about features so you're not shocked about what's not included down the road.
The app itself is very good, really enjoy using Ship station. The integration with Shopify needs some more work in terms of troubleshooting of errors i suppose.
After an initial issue I found the customer support to be outstanding ShipStation fixed my issue and the service has improved with the addition of Royal Mail since I signed up.
I highly recommend this app for anyone using multiple Shopify stores, multiple points of sale and multiple shipping locations such as Shipwire, amazon and self shipping. helps to unify everything into a manageable platform with automation tasks.
We're very impressed with ShipStation, its proving to be a boon for efficiency here at vitrazza. We easily connected with our shopify store and amazon seller account, and then with 3 different shippers we use. The interface is awesome, reports are great and having all our orders aggregated just makes it all so much easier. Highly recommend.
I honestly have nothing good to say about this app. I downloaded the free trial in 2021 and was BOMBARDED by customer support emails and phone calls. They were calling me up to 5 times per day and emailing me to help me set up because I had not printed a label. I ended up deleting the app because I was so annoyed by their calls. I decided to give it another shot today as our business needs a more streamlined shipping solution, but none of our current orders will import from Shopify. I think it is expensive for what you get in the first place, but the outdated interface, lagging order imports, and overboard customer service make this app a hard no for us.

I've been using Shipstation for about 4 months and i don't want to think about how difficult processing orders was before.
Into this app for 2 weeks now and am very disappointed in the support service. Can't call them unless we have the most expensive package. Rep is of no help. Just submitted a support ticket; we'll see how fast they respond. It seems like this may be the right program for us, but there's just no help in setting things up.
Love ShipStation! Makes shipping a breeze and with the discounted rates it also is less expensive.
