ShipStation

Lovely app, saves us a ton of time!

Shipstation is a great app that is functional and does what we need it to. Couldn't run our business without it or a similar app, and we have found them to be the best provider of their type of service that we could find.

We love shipstation! It allows us to manage all of our brands in 1 shipstation account. We find the shipping prices are usually better than Shopify shipping as well.

Every Once in a while I check out other softwares, but I've never felt the need to change.

BRTTL loves ShipStation

The integration was super simple and took a matter of minutes. It has helped streamline our fulfillment and being able to print multiple labels at once for the same item ordered has been awesome. There are a few hiccups with the address validation from time to time but for the most part it catches address errors. It has definitely made the shipping process for our business much smoother.

I used another competitor before trying Shipstation. We were having trouble with the competitor's automations not working consistently. We're a small biz (6 figs rev) and so we really just needed the basics to work. After trying Shipstation, the time we saved with automations working perfectly, every time, was huge. No question, we love the product and will continue to be a customer.

Shipstation support on getting us set up has been great. Carlos was super responsive & happy to help out with all the issues we had, and take the time to run through things on calls / zooms. I imagine it's a tricky job connecting multiple shipping providers with legacy systems to hundreds of SMEs with different needs, but genuinely feel like they're doing a decent job at it. The main problems we had were from our shipping providers themselves.

Love it love it love it! What more can I say!

Like any great software there is a learning curve however the support given by ShipStation provides for a seamless transition.
My business can easily grow with ShipStation’s innovative platform. Whether you are just starting or a seasoned professional ShipStation will be a part of your workflow for years to come.
