ShipStation

I only wish I would've done this sooner! It makes shipping and dealing with orders overall so much easier. Love that you can customize receipts, packing slips, and other things, and will continue to use it for all of our stores.

UPDATE: I thought you couldn't print a label outside of one associated with a store order. I was wrong! And to help clarify, actual, honest-to-goodness customer service! Kudos Matt L. from ShipStation for helping me out: http://help.shipstation.com/customer/portal/articles/1002703

Shipstation is an excellent shipping app. We're able to integrate all our sales channels (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc) and use the same automation rules to quickly print out the correct postage. Our business would be much more difficult to run without it.

Ship Station has been working great for our needs for a few years now. We're very happy with their services.

Like any great software there is a learning curve however the support given by ShipStation provides for a seamless transition.

I've found ShipStation to be very reliable and basically easy to use. I'm using it to ship orders from Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon, plus manual orders. I ship within the USA and internationally. ShipStation has tools that I haven't even used yet, so I know there are capabilities that I haven't explored. I have the most difficulty setting up the rules and automation to do exactly what I want, but I'm probably doing something wrong. ShipStation does save me time and it automates communication to customers. This software has made it easy to track down lost packages too.

Shipstation user of over 7 years and couldn't imagine doing business without them! Excellent customer service, and the platform offers tons of intuitive, useful capabilities that make everything run more smoothly!
