I would stay away from them completely unless they hire new staff and rebuild their software and their customer support team. They are unresponsive, lack knowledge, and always point their finger at someone else as the root cause of the issue, even when it ultimately comes down to their poorly written software.
Their software is not updated in a timely manner, so when Shopify makes an update , ShipStation no longer works and you are sitting waiting for 6+ months for them to actually fix it so that you can get orders out without the fear that things are not going to work.

I would like better tutorials explaining how to troubleshoot problems that arise when using multiple stores/multiple branded labels/ pick lists. My branded forms are crossing over and show up in the wrong store's printed items.

Like any great software there is a learning curve however the support given by ShipStation provides for a seamless transition.

We've been using ShipStation for a month now and it has changed the way we do order fulfillment. We can batch up shipping labels to send to our warehouse and send tracking numbers to our customers, all in just a few clicks. It's fantastic.

Fantastic app we use for our shopify ebay and etsy stores. Login via shipstation website and it also tracked inventory across all above platforms. Took a while to get used to and we spent hours with phone support and they were always there to help. Thank you now it saves us countless hours on creating labels, fulfilling orders, counting inventory, etc. Amazing!
using shipstation for 6 years on a large ecommerce store, now to find out they do not support DMARC for email validation and all emails are now bouncing!
We're using this app for Wicked Good with great results. It's easy to set up. It saves us so much time, it's like having another person in shipping. I can print 100 pick tickets and shipping labels in 10 minutes. I also like that I can customize the tracking page, set up different profiles and customize tags and rules. It's powerful, but simple to set up and use. I also really like the end of the day batch report and option for the PO to scan from my phone vs having to print a report. This is a must-have app for any Shopify store.
