Sadly have come back to change my review to 1 star. Shiptection put on a very false front making you think they actually offer what they are advertising but after using them for a prolonged period we have found they are just another typical insurer who only has their interest at heart, not the customers. ShipTection is awesome! This is a great option for customers. The customers file claims with ShipTection which gives us more time for other day to day matters. Integration and customer service are great. I highly recommend anyone looking to offer shipping protection to use them!
Hands down best shipping insurance app! The revenue share has others in the market beat and the ease of which claims are processed is superb. I've had this on our store for months and has been working flawlessly. Their team answers questions quickly and helps with integration and setup. Overall, I can highly recommend it!
