We have recently transferred our account to Shopify with Shiptheory being our dispatch app. Despite many teething problems on our part, Josh Hodder has always been on the other end of the phone to sort them out. He video called this morning and patiently worked through the issues we were having . He has made the process so much easier than it may have been

We've been with Shiptheory for 6 months now and their support is second to none- people tend to use that phrase lightly but I stand by it. I cannot recommend them highly enough; their technical knowledge, their ability to react quickly to issues (at our end not theirs, I hasten to add) and their support is exemplary. It also happens to be a great product.

Ship Theory is one of the most important platforms we use, what used to take hours now takes minutes and now we couldn't operate without it! Support is always first class, just this week we had a few queries and had to change our shipping method, George resolved everything in less than 10 minutes meaning we could continue sending with no disruption

We have been using Shiptheory for nearly 2 years now - and they have transformed the way we run our business! We used to print orders manually but the automated systems they put it place for us have been amazing! The Shiptheory team have been able to cater to all our needs, and create personalised/bespoke systems for us to be able to achieve our goals.

George has been a great help through all if this, always replying to all emails/calls quickly. He goes above and beyond to help us, and explains everything so clearly to us! Highly recommend the platform!

We've been using Shiptheory since launching on Shopify back in February. It's a great app that has allowed us to semi automated the printing of postage labels. We are looking to use this app to fully automate in the coming months.

I think what is even more pleasing is the team behind the app really care about their customers. Support reaching out to you by phone when there are important updates, rather than leaving them and panic reacting. Furthermore the team are very knowledgeable and have never let us down.

Brilliant app and brilliant service.

The team at Shiptheory have taken note of everything we needed for our business and have helped get us setup quickly. They even developed a bispoke pick list for us within a short time frame.
The support and training given has been great and the whole team are friendly and helpful.

After extensive research for a shipping app where we could create international shipping labels, fully automatic, directly from our Shopify Order page. I decided to go for Shiptheory, and I am very glad I did.
After setting the right international shipping rules, this app made it possible for our entire staff to label each and every order themselves, without needing the knowledge of every shipping product for each destination country.
The entire Customer service team of Shiptheory is very responsive & helpfull, in case of any issues, and are even willing to go an extra step in case you request something custom or a new improvement in the app.

We have been using Shiptheory for a couple of months now and it has been a great experience. The platform is super easy and simple to use, and the support team is really responsive, helpful and eager to help. I have mainly be dealing with Josh & George who are both so lovely and helpful whenever I have had a query.

Started using Shiptheory at the beginning of 2023 and I can't fault them. The app runs smoothly and does just what I need! The customer service is what stands out the most for me. Always there to answer any queries or to help make adjustments within minutes. Would definitely recommend!
