Hope they stick to their commitments and maintain a good customer support.

With Shipway we finally managed to find a solution to make our customers happy and help them solve problems that may occur with shipments even before being reported by the carrier, The customers are happy and we have less work.

Bad customer support. They are not open for even very minor customization.

Uses this app for Shipment tracking and notifications. It would be great if the app can show the tracking page Timeline in Mobile View too

I installed Shipway for my shopify store and it installed very easily and fast. As soon as the tracking code arrived, it was synced with the app and notification sent to the customer. Emails can be customized to your own needs including URLs, discount codes, logo etc. Great way to do business!
