This app is awesome. I didn't realize that tracking could be so easy and my customers get a message for information about every parcel movement in advance. Highly recommended!

Bad customer service, my customer still can’t get any tracking information since she received the tracking number. It takes to long for the customer service to solve the problem more than 5 days no reply.

I have been using this app for quite some time. This works like a charm. On top of it, they have got an excellent support team when there are any issues. They solve it within hours. A must-use app for any Shopify store.

We have been using this app for almost a month now. Very few inquiries about the order status. SMS updates have become very popular since the number one way of ordering is on a mobile telephone. Customers love the SMS updates and when speaking to return customers, notifications are one of the reasons. Very very happy with this service!
