great concept and i believe a little outdated but functional. they have a quick live chat support which is impressive. the drawback for me right now is that i'm setting up a brand new store and their plans are prepaid bulk orders for tracking and email and all kinds of stuff. it's great but i don't want to prepay for something i may not even need yet or at all.

Simplest way to track shipments and get reviews from clients in real time. Easy integration for both customer and business.

It is great to have an overview of all the shipments that are on their way to me, no matter which carrier has been used. Happy with shipway service.

I have been trying to find an app that works with Royal Mail and this is the only one that I can find.
Very impressed so far. There was one small issue when I first installed it but the support team sorted it out very quickly.
