Must hve app, Shipway. Very sueful in building a relationship with customers through SMS Updates.

It is very easy to Installed, installed it quickly by us and nicely working with Shopify store. It is very useful and convenient to trach the orders at own website.

Very good app. I have been using this app to send whatsapp notification to customer about the order. It really makes it easier for customers to track their orders.

It's a good & must have app. Whatsapp integration is charged separately. Already they are charging quite high amount per order. Whatsapp could have been included in that cost itself. Overall good App but overpriced. Will use till I find a good alternate App in correct price

We installed and really like the app, so helpful. Gauri Shankar is very responsible and reply every question by WhatsApp. They also can add and do custom changes. We are so happy to start using this app and will help our clients to track their shipments straight in our website.
