Had a problem and they fixed it very fast. CEO is very active in responding to customers. Giving Shoelace another shot.
This app is worth every penny!! About a week after we installed it and opted to the free plan as a starting point, we received 3 conversions. So far so good! We just upgraded it to a paid plan so hoping for even better results.
Highly recommend this app.

Incredible, 17 clicks for $3 and $300+++ in sales, the number speak all!
Shoelace take a little time to get going and once it takes off you can see the well thought out strategy behind the ads. They are there to hand hold you along the way and make sure you are set up to succeed.
There are other apps that do for free what Shoelace does, they just don't do it as well. You get what you pay for.
I am looking forward to see the company grow and have more offerings in the future! Their review feature should crush it!

Ad performance - Good ROI. We are looking at 2500 - 3000%
Support - Great. Support team usually replies within a day.
Ease of use - Very easy to create ads. No codes needed. No need to create rss feed etc etc.
Backend - As of 19-Jan-2016, backend is still lacking. Ad creation page and analytics page are of different domains. Would be good if they can link up the 2 sections into one backend. Support team did feedback that they are working on providing us a full-fledge backend. Will give it a 5-stars once that is done.
