After some initial struggles trying to learn how to properly use their platform, I published my first page and am so happy with how it turned out. I have to hand it to Shogun's support team. Colby made himself available to me via email and quickly answered all of my functionality questions and provided video examples made just for me that were very easy to follow.

So....Shopify doesn't tell you that you really need a "page builder" app to have better control over your pages, the formatting, spacing, etc. Once I found that out and tried SHOGUN, it was soooooo much easier than trying to edit the page in Shopify. Most all of our pages are now edited in SHOGUN. It's easy, intuitive and quick. I highly recommend SHOGUN for your page builder app.
Usability is great. Very simple and easy to work with. I wouldn't mind being able to duplicate product pages, but overall very good.

Support is great, the app is amazing to use once you get your head around how it all works. I recommend taking the time to get good at using Shogun, it really is worth it!
Shogun's UX team really nailed it. You immediately get the sense that they have provided every feature they can given all of Shopify's restrictions.
I love creating pages with this robust app. And when I accidentally deleted a page I needed after doing a bunch of work on it, support restored it for me!!

Shogun Page Builder
Easy app to use and great customer service! I did just find out (despite my web designer who installed Shogun telling me I could delete this app after the pages were finalized), that if I do delete Shogun, all the work on the app will be deleted. So now I am stuck paying for the app until/if I end up setting up all the pages differently.
Thanks for the kind words regarding our customer service. Just a heads up that if the app is uninstalled, all of your pages will remain live and active. The pages within Shogun will remain as well, however some of your data such as snippets, analytics, form data, etc. could be removed due to GDPR compliance.
