Amazing customer support, accidentally edited a page outside of the app and messed it all up. Contacted shogun and got response almost immediately. Love the app and the pages I've built!

If it weren't for this app, we would probably need to spend a ton of money on a front end developer to develop the pages we need. First of all, what a powerful drag-and-drop editor. It covers alot of features and I swear by this app now. It's been really easy building new pages, editing pages, and most importantly, getting incredibly great, and concise customer support for issues or questions I have run into.

This review is so long over due because this app has been such a game changer for me that I should have been screaming from the roof tops the minute I discovered it.

Shogun made it possible for this pre-millennial tech dinosaur to confidently build a website. Shopify on its own has many limitations but with the addition of the Shogun app creating a layout is a piece of cake. Now I can focus on content and driving traffic instead of throwing my computer against the wall in frustration.

Also, it should be noted that Shogun has the best customer service that I have ever encountered. Nick was available and so patient when I did run into hiccups. I would email him, often 4 times a day, and he was right there to explain the functions of the app. Integrity is clearly high up on the company values list for Shogun. From an interpersonal stand point, we could all stand to learn a lesson from Nick.

I had an another app that served the same purpose. Actually the other app seemed to have a bit more functionality built in but was not stable enough for my needs. Response from Shogun is almost the same day and frankly the pages I set up has no real issues so far. That is the most important par for a business, stability. 5 stars.
