Scout is very helpful and useful app, especially the core concept of the app which not only helps you recover carts but also lets you have one to one conversations with your customers.
One of the best customer service i ever recieved. Initially i had some issues so i got in touch with customer service who quickly resolved everything.
The app allows you to email, whatsapp, recover abandoned carts and a lot more. Looking forward to all their new upcoming features. Thanks Scout customer service team.

It been a week since I am using Scout and it’s amazing. App like this is must for every store. It notifies you immediately after a Customer had abandoned their cart and gives you option to contact them with drafted messages or emails. It makes recovery easy then sending abandoned cart emails.

Scout, first intension did not know how to work the application, so I received a message from the creator of the application and install again, and really this application is fantastic and works perfectly and each occasion sends an alert to messnger, Which I recommend the application
