Shop has a strict policy that removes you from Shop when you get one chargeback. However, we only get the one random, semi-annual chargeback FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! They have the most fraudulent customers. The last one requested a refund as soon as they received a shipped confirmation, before delivery. Then, when they returned it, the customer submitted a chargeback 2 days before USPS delivered it! Of course when the bank looks at it, they just see a refund due. The bank doesn't care that you can't process it as normal because of the only option is to accept the chargeback & fee. The customer would've received a refund anyway but made us get a chargeback fee. The Shop's customers will change their mind right after purchasing and become shocked that your business is set up to actually compete orders not somehow disrupt carriers who have millions of parcels and stop the delivery of one thing they voluntary went online and purchased. Shop punishes your business for shady customers who only find your store through their app. Out of all the sales channels we use. The rare chargeback is always a Shop' customer.

Al usar esta aplicación se obtiene acceso automáticamente a los compradores a descubrir nuevas marcas, compras con mayor facilidad y realizar seguimientos de los pedidos con mayor facilidad. Además; lo que mas nos gusta es que es Gratis, no hay pagos por comisiones de mercado y no hay sorpresas al terminar el proceso del pedido. Se llega a una gran variedad de compradores con un buen interés de realizar compras. Los motivo y exhortó a realizar compras con Shop.

Shop is informing our customers of "estimated delivery dates" at checkout. In the needlework industry, there is currently an industry wide shortage of materials that has been in effect since November/December of 2025. We can not guarantee these delivery dates to our customers when item may need to be ordered from our vendors and they themselves are experiencing delays of 6 months or more to receive product. There is no option on the Shop app to turn this feature off to stop misinforming customer and we keep receiving calls and emails asking why they haven't received their orders when the delivery date said such & such. This is a horrible feature! Please fix this so we can disable it!

Excelente aplicación, por fin podemos utilizarla en México. Es muy fácil encontrar los productos, hacer pedidos y dar seguimiento a las compras. La navegación es rápida, el proceso de pago es sencillo y me gusta poder revisar el estado de mis pedidos desde un solo lugar. La recomiendo totalmente para quienes compran con frecuencia en tiendas que utilizan Shop. Ha hecho que mis compras en línea sean mucho más cómodas y organizadas.

"SHOP" stole all of my profit on the 5 sales that I was able to get through this app. I read that the cost was $15.00 per new customer, not $15.00 per item they purchased which took way over the amount of profit I would have made. Do not trust this app if you do not have more than $15.00 profit in each item purchased. #Disgraceful! #Terrible app!, #Rip Off

Happy to see new advancements with Shop since its initial launch. Sales increasing through the app all the time.

Very good app, I adapted it to my shop and since then it has continued to grow my customers. I highly recommend it.
