The Shop app has been a clean and seamless extension of our Shopify store experience. The setup process was straightforward, and the branded storefront presentation gives customers a more polished and mobile-friendly shopping experience. We especially appreciate the integration with Shop Pay and the ability to showcase collections in a visually organized way.

Other merchants should know that the app works best when your branding, product imagery, and collections are already well organized. The Shop app amplifies the overall feel of your brand, so strong visuals and consistent messaging make a noticeable difference. Overall, it’s a valuable channel for improving customer engagement and creating a more refined shopping experience.

Hating Shopify more and more every week. As a small business owner, it took WAY too long to set up, mostly bc built in visual design features aren't available -- even simple ones that competitor squarespace was offering freely years ago. Can't customize certain text or even link things further down the page without getting a web designer to spend hours on it.

THEN, I'm now dealing with hidden fees. The billing page says "Next bill in 5 days or when your $200 usd threshold is reached. You have $194 remaining." Which sounds to me like either I owe $200 or I don't... even though I've paid my monthly bill, EVERY MONTH. Currently chatting with a bot to TRY to get an answer, a waste of 30 mins -- but Shopify won't let you talk w an actual human on the phone, so you're at the mercy of chatbots. Overall, the apps are a huge pain to set up, each one does a thing, but not exactly how you need it to.. Don't recommend any of this. In fact, I don't recommend websites at all, or the internet, or supporting any tech company. I hope the billionaire owner of Shopify is reborn as a frog in their next life. I hope all those billions get him that, it's precisely what he deserves for wasting our time & money in the ways I just described.

The AI Bot (Sidekick) is an amazingly power tool. I've had numerous complex issues not related to Shopify, yet the bot was able to guide me to successful completion of the tasks. If you are not using Sidekick in your store, you are under-utilizing your potential.

Finally, a store that understands Gen X humor perfectly. The shirts are soft, the prints look amazing, and every design feels like an inside joke from my childhood. I’ve already had strangers laughing and asking where I got my shirt. If you grew up with mixtapes, sarcasm, and zero supervision, you need these tees.

Biased app. Don't recommend new seller, even they didn't recognize the store name. Stupid search engine as well. Its not surprising if you have thousands of well optimized products but you don't even find your store.

Very useful app for Shopify stores. Easy to connect products and helps customers trust the checkout process more. Clean interface and simple to use.

Won't let us remove our shop from this. We've turned off shop pay specifically to do this, but Shopify just keeps scamming their way into forcing this shop.app onto us even if we don't want it. When you contact support, you only get access to the most useless people who have zero abilities. Shame on you shopify.

Be careful....this app automatically publishes items from your online store to the SHOP APP even if SHOP is toggled off in publishing.

Easy to use and well organized app. I have just started my store and made my first sale. The experience is smooth and promising. I recommend it for beginners.
