Il nostro team sta lavorando per risolvere questo problema, ma a causa della natura complessa e altamente tecnica di alcuni problemi, il processo di indagine può richiedere più tempo del solito. Inoltre, il nostro team di sviluppo dà priorità ai problemi in base alla gravità e all'impatto e ciò potrebbe portare a un ulteriore ritardo nella risoluzione di un problema.
Nel frattempo, se stai pensando di disabilitare l'app Shop e l'effetto sulle tue vendite è minimo, è un'opzione praticabile e può essere considerata.
Direi che l'esperienza è pessima.
Stopped accepting payment and support has been shockingly incompetent. No explanation, no support whatsoever.
Now considering alternatives to Shopify.
Started a website. They immediately placed all payments on hold not including PayPal. Tried to reach out to customer service and they person either provided wrong information or disconnected without assistance. Also, they did not pay my orders out even after the products were received by the consumer.
TERRIBLE! ive been open for ONE DAY, i make one sale and they deactivate your payments. Time and money wasted and ill never see profit from my sales. RUN AND GO ELSEWARE
it was great and receiving orders then had a refund order on a fraud. which wasn't really a chargeback and explained to them but they still have not put us back on. I mean don't get it. disappointed
Shop (a Shopify Partner) is making zero effort to establish a proper timeline of when I would be eligible for Shop store. I've managed Shop Pay transactions the right way and was told I need to keep the number of chargebacks under 1% over the past 6 months. I've had 2 chargebacks that have already been resolved as soon as I was contacted about them. However, Shop is unable to tell me what my current percentage of chargebacks is or when they would drop. I've managed Shop Pay successfully over the past months but that mistake I made when I first added Shop Pay to my store is costing me opportunities to convert customers via the Shop Pay app. I won't be able to give a positive review unless this gets resolved as I've contacted support plenty of times, but no one is able to give me tangible info. It seems they have become very complacent.

I had a store through a company with shopify and canceled my store the first week it has been 2 months at least now they are charging my card $39 a month can not get in touch with them no number or live chat in order to chat you have to open an account they are a rip off.
This app is stupid. If you have chargebacks from your customers they punish you for that, how can they punish you for something you have no control over, its just stupid they way they do things ....after they take down your store from the shop app, it could take another 6 months before it gets back on . ... I don't even care anymore this whole app is just dumb.. I wouldnt advice anyone to take this seriously because they could take your store down at anytime for things you have no control of.........AGAIN THIS APP IS DUMB!
I've been a loyal user of Shop Channel for over a year, serving 380 customers. However, after a chargeback issue, my account was suspended, despite it being resolved in my favor. Attempts to resolve this with customer support have been frustrating. Disappointed with Shop Channel's handling of the situation and hope for improved transparency and efficiency in the future. Please reactivate my account, as I've done everything possible to make this channel work for me.
