0 stars!!! Upon install of the app, text does not go through at all to anyone. tried testing several people without the txt being delivered. emailed support 10 days ago without a response. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Excellent customer service that is very responsive to questions. App is easy to use and works as expected. Very nice feature that allows you to see customer order history when they call. Would highly recommend this app.
I was having high hope about this app but somehow I can hear the person that I call but they cannot hear me. Same when they call me I cannot hear them. I emailed three times but only with one reply asking what version of the app I was using and it the app I just install from the app store. Please look into this because I have to change the phone number.
