This is fantastic. We have used it for our online members forum and it works perfectly. Exactly what we needed! Chris offers fantastic support and has helped us out integrating with our store. Very helpful. The products comments feature is particularly useful and the app installation and management system are very easy to use and administer. Would highly recommend.
Support team is not responding. Trying to connect on in-app support, email and previous email trail but there is no response!
Adsense works on my entire website except any page associated with shopicial so you gotta just gotta integrate them manually! They make having your own social media platform so easy!
We are having the same issue as the review below. We installed the app and removed it and now we are no longer allowed to run google ads, they keep getting rejected. Its been a couple weeks and we have had no resolution. This is becoming detrimental to our business and we need a solution.
Hi, I am sorry to hear that. We have removed the feature that uses that JS file from this app. You can run ads on Google and Fb as well. Everything should work well now.

The "about" section does not appear on the mobile page, you have to turn it tlandscape. great response times so far. great useage!

was ok the first month minus some issues. Second month my members made payments and haven't been able to log in all month in December. I have contact owner and he keeps the same thing about the tags, but I've changed the tags just as he said and now it keeps telling my members who have already paid to make another payment.
The payments goes to his PayPal and he send it to you at the end of the month, so i couldn't even send them refunds in order to not make my business look questionable because he has all of the payments.
Fix the issues with payments and log in and it would be better
The support team is not responding. There is no way to track the support request either. I have contacted the support using the support page on the application.

Our store set up a free trial with Shopical back in September and almost immediately deleted it as it did not meet our needs (a public community not gated by login). However, ever since then our FB Ads account has been getting blocked for spam because they associate us with this link: https://cdn-a.shopicial.com/js/shopicial.min.js?shop=XXX.myshopify.com We need all references to Shopical deleted so we can continue to run ads. Ads are how we bring in new customers to the business and we are suffering financial loss. I tried emailing the listed support admin@app1pro.com and it bounced. I would stay far away from Shopical if you run any paid social.
Hello, I am sorry to hear that. Since you removed the app, all JS files from the app will be removed as well. Our email provider has been having problems for a while of times recently. Now it is working fine. In all cases, you can contact us using the contact form inside the app. It uptime 100%.
