Its user friendly, you have different templates that you can use or you can create your own.
As a new shop owner, I don't have time to sort out all the email marketing plans, etc. Flow and Shopify Email automations working together have made my life a lot easier. It takes a lot off my plate. By easily pulling in discounts, products, etc. I don't have to overthink reaching out to customers to get them to engage, etc. And it's working! I also appreciate all the insights and analysis. Plus, the heads up on things I might need to rethink in my email marketing approach. I've used the other big email marketing companies before, and you can truly go down a rabbit hole with them. Shopify emails are straight forward and to the point, which is what people want.
I don't understand how someone can give this app 1 star. It's so easy to use, plus, there are templates for you to use as a guide. Thank you Shopify for providing this resource for us.
My Gmail promo campaign is now going to spam or the “PROMOTIONS” tab in other Gmail accounts. It was working fine until 2024, but it seems Google has changed something related to domains and DMARC. Despite having a domain with Shopify, I couldn’t get the app to run properly like I used to years ago.
In short, my campaign is not effective because customers are not receiving the Black Friday promo.
The Shopify Email app is great and i believe was made for stores like mine that is still growing and don't have enough to pay for other paid platforms.
A very cool and useful app that has everything a starting business needs. Intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, it’s free for small shipment volumes, so what more could you ask for? :) Highly recommend.

So far it's helped me do the most of what i needed to inform clients or subscribers about news, updates, store changes etc
It has left me unsatisfied concerning the segregation i need to do on clients who haven't subscribed and need to be informed as a group urgently about something on their order, since their emails are not included in any list, but this is also a matter of GPDR and other terms and regulations. I hope they find a way to help us contact people in groups.

I REALLY DON'T NOT HAVE THE LITERACY OF USING THE ECOMMERCE SHOPIFY STORE APP, BUT THE MORE I SELF LEARN AND LEARN FROM THE SHOPIFY INFORMATION APPS THE MORE I AM OVERLY EXCITED TO LEARN MORE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CREATING THIS FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME. I AM EAGER TP LEARN AND EVEN MORE EAGER TO EARN.
