Shopify Forms

Can not edit at all!! Now I can’t add a new line to the form. Can type but can’t click done to save it. Horrible. Now I either have to make it all over again or find a new software app.

Easy setup, but lacks multi-lang support :-( unusable for stores with primary audience not speaking English

As is it is not really usable as it keeps on triggering even if you close it. If you can add better control over how often and for who it shows as well as translations of all fields then this would be a great app. But as it is now, can't really sadly recommend this even if I would like to.

The app is great but only if you want the form on ALL pages.... i needed a sign up form for different events, on different pages, and if you add the form its automatically added to every page on your site and after 5+ hours of trying to get around that, and 2 hours with shopify support, I was told to choose another app and that it's impossible to do what I'm looking for. It's not good... You can't style any aspect of it. It has no canned values for State or Country even... Oh, and I can't even receive an email from the form... LOL

No translations features makes it useless, really.

It's a good app, but it misses the translation. Not every Shopify user's native language or client is an English-speaking customer.

The application is easy to install but it pops up automatically to all customers, even if they are already registered. It doesn't make much sense to use it for subscription pop-ups because it appears constantly even if you have registered.

Great app for getting a clean nice looking popup on your website. The linking to discounts is really intuitive and easy. Plus it allows more customization than ones that come within themes.
The biggest complaint is probably a bug. If you set up a popup as an exit popup it doesn't work. It just pops up after the timer and doesn't actually come up when the user tries to exit. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ...
