Really shitty app. Impossible to disable the unnecessary teaser message. Also Impossible to choose text colour for the CTA button. Customer support didn't answer me in 5 days. I had to chase them. Sometimes I wonder if Shopify makes bad apps by purpose, to force us to resort to paid apps so they get their cut.

App forces you to put the pop up on all pages or certain sections of your website. Would be nice if a customer can scan a QR code and be led to an independent sign up page. Or allow us to create a separate page that is only for capturing data and we can lead our customer there. I don't want to bombard customers with pop-ups.

Es hat nur bei einem einzigen Click funktioniert. Danach war ein Systemfehler und die App hat die Aktion nicht mehr ausgefürt.

Leider kann man keine Links bzw. Liquid / Html einfügen. z.B. unterhalb des Buttons damit die Datenschutzbestimmungen verlinkt werden.

Es wäre super, wenn man an dieser Stelle auch die Links zu Rechtliches hätten nutzen können. {{privacy_policy}}

Ebenfalls fehlt eine Möglichkeit der Checkbox vor dem Versand des Formulars.

Beispiel:

[ ] Hiermit bestätige ich, dass ich die {{privacy_policy}} gelesen habe. Meine Einwilligung kann ich jederzeit widerrufen.**

After submitting the email and name the form keeps loading forever and does not move to the second step.

There is no translation option....

Guys, Shopify is multilingual, your app should be multilanguage compatible, that's a shame !

It does not support multiple languages for multilingual website… very disappointed by the fact that shopify never takes this in consideration with all their apps…

This is so disappointing; I wasted a whole lot of time setting this up. It doesn't appear on my site. I'm using Brooklyn theme, sad their app doesn't work with their theme and their support is rubbish. Why creating an app when you can't resolve issues?9

Very disappointing, the app only allows for one from, I could think of many forms I would like to add to my site. The app name is 'Shopify Forms' not 'Shopify Form'.

The single from can only collect names and an e-mail. The only options to for the input fields are to turn off the first and last name you can't add a telephone number or other useful data you may want to collect.

The options to theme the single form are limited and I could not produce one that I was satisfied with.

I was hoping I could use this to replace a very expensive app we use. It is just too limited to do this. So as usual Shopify do the bare minimum and fail to meet their potential.

It's been a no go for days now trying to add the app and receiving this message.... "There’s no page at this address Check the URL and try again, or use the search bar to find what you need."
over and over again, the same error message, after clearing my cache, using a new and different browser, also a private browser...all the same. very frustrating...
