Forms are not sending notifications every time a form is submitted, it is sporadic and causes us to miss requests.
The app is user-friendly but lacks advanced features. It would be great to have the ability to scale the popup's dimensions and configure a dismissal window of 14 to 30 days to improve the user experience.

Overall OK! A bit flimsy to find submissions, this should be simplified and there should be a way to delete spam or nuisance submissions. Also it should request customer to fill in both their first and last name. I'd be happy to give 5 stars in future if these issues are fixed.
Colour of Shop button is really jarring with my brand colours, but an otherwise simple app to set up
On a fully black website, not being able to customize the input field colors is really frustrating and quite hard on the eyes.
Radio Button Issue:
Currently, I am encountering difficulties when attempting to create (save) a radio button field using Japanese characters. The system does not allow me to save the field when Japanese characters are used initially.
As a workaround, I have found that it is possible to create and save the field using English (alphabetical) characters first. Subsequently, I can edit the field and incorporate Japanese characters, which then allows me to save the changes. However, I have not yet thoroughly tested the functionality of this workaround to ensure it works seamlessly in all cases.
CSS Styling Limitations:
Additionally, it appears that CSS styling options are currently limited. This restricts my ability to fully integrate the form design with my site's branding. I understand that the development team is actively working on improvements in this area, and I am hopeful that enhanced CSS customization capabilities will be implemented soon.

Limited customization
O App é bom e simples de configurar, porém tem um defeito no fechamento do popup do formulário (modal), onde identifiquei que o usuário precisar clicar duas vezes no botão "closed"para o fechamento do modal. Esse cenário impacta na experiencia de navegação do usuário, acredito que precisa realizar a correção do bug e atualizar no app.
Still missing a pratical way to remove not only the forms we created but the submissions the customers made as well, sometimes we just want to get a season form or for an one-shot event only, and the data stays, and you can't remove it without coding... But the app is good overall and it's free, so I guess is just a matter of time until they look into this issue.
