Installed and un-installed the next day.
What is the point of this new app?

Is there a plan to return the shipping label, please? It should be simple, please do, it was what I used the app for.

It was a lovely app until they decided to update it, my templates didn't transfer over easily as promised, all I got was blank documents and now the 'old' version isn't working properly, I give up, I have now deleted the app and found another one that was very easy to set up.

Once customized it works well. I am disappointed that a new version is coming out. The version I am currently using is now being called the "Legacy" version. I was encouraged to install the new app. I did install it. All of the settings from the old app which I paid someone to customize do not carry over. We have used the Shopify in-house app Order Printer to print custom pack slips for many years. This is a nearly identical replacement of the Order Printer (legacy) app but with some changes to the liquid variables. There are two help pages you will need: "Liquid variables and filters reference for Shopify Order Printer" and "Migrate from the Order Printer app to Shopify Order Printer".

I was able to set up my previous templates here because I have some coding experience, but I think it would be difficult for those without any coding experience to do so. The help documentation only shows how to code some lines, and you cannot directly copy and paste over the old code (it won't format properly).

This migration was fairly straightforward but you need to engage the same developer that wrote your original templates. Seems like the variables now need to be explicit, the types have been made consistent for things like addresses, and there is a better hierarchy now so you can drill down in a more logical way to the thing you want to include.
