The app does not reflect the advertised picture and cannot be translated
Formatting of the app does not reflect the advertised picture.
Easy to set up but not flexible on customization.
App has two default options one for regular subscription and one for auto charge without a way to turn one off.
Would be nice to be able to edit the wording used for the subscription.

Added this app. The options are showing twice on my product page. 1st in the normal space. 2nd showing after the footer. Tried to get support. Shopify told me to speak to the app support? Its just brings me back to shopify support.
Who can give us support for this app that does not work.

We have made updates that solve the problems you faced for the placement of the subscription widget
To ensure the correct placement of the subscription widget we recommend that
- If you are on a vintage theme, ensure that you have added the code snipped to the product template before turning on the app embed.
Adding the code snippet will ensure that the widget displays in the correct place on the product page. You'll have to add the code snipped to the appropriate section of the product template. See the vintage theme instructions on this page:

-If you are on a 2.0 theme please ensure that the app embed is toggled to off. App embeds are only used for vintage themes.

-Can't translate
-Subscription appear both in product page + footer
-Sometimes it can't add to cart
-There should be a dedicated subscription page with bundle selector.
-I hope shopify will improve the product because I was waiting impatiently for this app to be released.

Only good for a store that sells one item. No discount codes can be applied which means volume breaks don't work.

so far looks good with our site and very easy to manage, only issue is that it glitched and added the subscription buttons under the footer on top of already being in the product description like it's supposed to. been in touch with shopify support and apparently they're looking into it so hopefully it's fixed soon
We have been waiting for this for ages and were so excited to see it finally launched, but the recurring charge does not include shipping in the total, so it is unusable.
Please add shipping to the recurring charge amount on the checkout page so customers (and shops) can see the total £/amount they agree to pay monthly.
I don't want to give this one star. I see the effort and intent to help (thank you), but hiding shipping will create problems and awkward conversations with customers.

Simple
