We have our own non-profit foundation related to our aviation business that benefits high school programs in aviation. We've tried 3 other apps and none could meet our needs in channeling all donations from the proceeds of specific products from our retail into our non-profit foundation. We needed the app to transfer 100% proceeds from customer donations to our foundation as all of our donations were being assessed fees by PayPal. The CEO of Change Commerce personally scheduled a conference call with us and went into our online store to assist in setting up our store. In addition, when we installed the app, we received a phone call from their company's rep to welcome us and provide direct contact. This is a free app and all of their above and beyond customer service is extraordinary and unfounded these days. It is incredible service for the nonprofits and Shopify customers. I cannot recommend this app enough for nonprofits using Shopify. Outstanding service!
This is an amazing app. Usually I delete and reinstall apps to look around and rate 3 stars to begin but wow. I love it 100%. Costumer support is excellent. I don't feel comfortable editing any code since idk they were able to install it for me.
I love how it shows in the product page and cart & how fast the team responded back.
People can search charities of there choice and you can show the once you support personally.

After partnering with an organization I browsed the available Apps to see which would fit my site best. Luckily, my first choice, Change Commerce, made me look no further! I had issues setting some things up and after reaching out to them, the CEO himself reached back to me within an hour! He helped me set everything up and provided valuable information. App looks greats and works perfectly.

I was looking for an app that would give my customers the opportunity to donate and choose which causes they wanted. The service is excellent and Sam patiently walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend this app if you are looking for an easy way to encourage your customers to give back.

Hi BU Tribe is a new store and giving is part of our mission and vision strategy. We discovered the app via a shopify blog and got so excited about the prospect of having it. When we initially downloaded the app we were uncertain as to how to configure it and what would work for us at this early phase in our development as an online store. We reached out to the company and they got back to us immediately scheduling a one-on-one meeting with us. Savannah from shopping gives was our meeting host and she walked us through the entire process patiently giving us clarity as to options and how the whole system worked. When we installed the app there were a few glitches possibly due to our theme, we still were not sure but I was so blown away at their level of customer service. Savannah rallied the team and they worked tirelessly to ensure the app was working correctly in the store, it took hours and the communication was second to none, it was almost like I got a progress report and testing exercise every half an hour until it worked. I even asked Savannah if she slept...lol...as even late in the night she wanted to check if it was working correctly and if everything was ok. Their customer service and support would inspire anyone to be patient and understanding. They are a fantastic group, I am so happy to be collaborating with them in this giving process. I hope other companies come onboard, and I am wishing the team tremendous success and growth for the lifecycle journey of this app.
We were looking for an app that allowed us to run cause marketing programs in our store and found Shopping Gives. With a tight timeline, we were able to make it happen due to their great customer service. The app just works.
