Imagine charging subscriptions AND taking a fee to let businesses do good in the world. What a joke. Worked great before they started double dipping to buy themselves some shiny new toys.
Since they replied saying they aren't double dipping.. here is a quote from THEIR site:

So they aren't taking from the donations, which is nice. But they are charging monthly, and taking a .5% of EVERY ORDER TOTAL. Greedy are we?

I want to note that 100% of the donations pledged go to the nonprofit. We never deduct fees from donations. The decision to implement price changes was taken into the highest consideration, but it was necessary for us to continue offering high-quality solutions and maintain our commitment to inspire purpose every day.

After spending 3 years of struggling to find the best way to consistently donate to nonprofits in an ongoing seamless way, we luckily found Change Commerce. Ronny and the team are the most responsive, helpful group of people. Installing and set up are extremely easy and the team is completely available for assistance at any time. They are also proactive in asking if we need help instead of waiting for us to reach out. We're really impressed with this app and customer service. Our only regret is that we didn't find them sooner!

The Shopping Gives team is top notch. The founder, Robby Sage, and his team are true experts in cause marketing and how to best enable in a Shopify environment. We're live in one store with their POS integration - it was very seamless and took all of 30 minutes. We're expanding to all retail locations by the end of the year and view the team as trusted partners. Highly recommend.
This app integration has made it super easy for our business to donate to charities that align with our mission. Customer service has also been outstanding.
