This app is not free. You only find out how much it really costs after installing it and trying to set it up. Its a scam!!
hi Monsta-RC, This is the CMO of this company. Thank for the feedback! Could you please tell the problems that you run into. Indeed, I know we have a lot of space to improve, if you can kindly tell us, we'll consider to optimize that ASAP.
Also about the fee, we do have a free plan, you can have AI reply for you 50messages/month, which we think should be enough for just started small businesses. Also, if AI is not responding anymore, all conversations will just forward to agents in the `smart inbox` section. Don't worry you won't lose your customer inquiries.
If you still having trouble with setting up. We can arrange a meeting to fix that quickly.
