I’ve been using Shuttle since before it was called Shuttle, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best tools out there for managing Etsy and Shopify together. As one of the first users, I’ve seen how much time it’s saved me—hundreds of hours, easily—by streamlining my product syncing and making review imports effortless.
The features are rock-solid (even on the basic plan, which is all I use), and they’re constantly adding helpful updates. But the real standout is the customer service. Every time I’ve had a question, I’ve received thoughtful, step-by-step instructions with such a positive and supportive tone. It makes a huge difference knowing I’m not just using a tool—I’m backed by a team that genuinely wants to help.
If you’re running both Shopify and Etsy, Shuttle is a must-have.
Frustrating and unreliable. I wasted months trying to make Shuttle work for Shopify Etsy. The sync was messy, SKUs constantly broke, and the dashboard was confusing. Support wasn’t helpful and I felt stuck the whole time. Switched to LitCommerce and instantly made progress, wish I’d moved sooner.

Great app!! Been using it since I started over a year ago and it's made it so stress and hands-free being able to manage my stock between Shopify and Etsy.

This is probably the best app for transfering to Etsy, nothing compares to this app. We have used for several years and its the most stable and bullet proof system out there...
Shuttle has saved me hours and has every setting I need to tweak for my store.
Support is 100% the developer is always on hand to help or add in updates for me.
If your looking to add a lot of products from Etsy to Shopify this is the best app out there I have tested all of them and this is light years ahead of anything else.
Shuttle is AMAZING and makes managing listings across Etsy + Shopify significantly easier. By being able to migrate listings, we save hours of labor and avoid errors. It's also wonderful to be able to migrate our Etsy reviews to our shopify listings to help us gain trust on our .com.

When it works well, it's great. The stock syncing and kit bundling used to work well but now it will randomly mess with my stock amounts, which is costing me sales. For instance I had 50 of one item in stock and it randomly changed it to 0 and I didn't realize for days. I've turned off automatic syncing and just do it manually for now. For something so expensive it shouldn't be causing more problems than it solves.
