Very interesting app and the dev team has been listening to us about our need to support the macros accross several shops. Also we could work together on UI and it was nice to see our user stories did matters
This app is a lifesaver if you're using Shopify + Zendesk. Our Zendesk macros are now dynamically filled with information from customers' linked Shopify orders, and it saves our customer support team so much time. Support is super responsive as well with any issues. I wish I found this app sooner! Highly recommend!
