Love the app! Been looking for a membership based app that can utilise shopify payments for months. Customer service was great setting up my back end too!

Absolutely loved the app - our business is launching in the next 24h and it was easy to use and seemed to fit our needs perfectly. The app then kicked us out with an error code 500 and a day later still refuses to let us in. We have looked for a contact number but there is only an e-mail address which unfortunately is unlikely to be resolved before our launch so we have had to go elsewhere. It's a shame as the app is great - but it appears unreliable.

Our team didn't see any outages with our infrastructure providers, so this may have simply been a short-term glitch. Either way, we understand how stressful that must have been, and wish we could have avoided that experience.
To your point about only seeing an email address, we offer live chat in the app and from our help center, and monitor that email address 24/7, so I'm confident we would have been able to get things sorted for you quickly had you tried reaching out.

The Service... cant put a price on it, Chris and team took on our non standard requirent, quoted a day or two to implement and just hours later, built, implemented, installed, and ran us through it.
I spent the last 3 days F'ing around with some big name app providers to no success and they were all 2 and 3 times the price of Simplee. This is where you need to go for your membership app. disregard the others. save yourself the ehadache
I just got Simplee today so we can test membership pricing on our new store. Chris was super helpful in getting everything up and running for me in a matter of minutes. We are a digital product and none of the other subscription apps/memberships really had what we're looking. Highly recommend so far!
