Loved the look and feel and end product but finally gave up using when it took 3 to 4 clicks to get invoice to print. Extra steps to get it to bring up invoice trumped look and feel.

I've had a great experience with the Simple Invoice app! The customer support team has been super helpful, resolving a few unique requests I had. I was also thrilled that they were willing to collaborate with another app developer to place the Download Invoice link in my customized Customer Portal. Highly recommend!

The invoices look great and are extremely customizable. But I could give it 5 stars for the customer service, alone. They are so responsive and helpful and will make sure your invoice looks exactly how you want it. Very happy with this app! :-)
We have not been using Simplio's app for very long but at every step of the way the app has performed over and above our expectations.
In addition, when throwing a curved ball at Robert or Chuck, they have risen to the challenge and enhanced the capability for our immediate benefit, swiftly and exactly as required.
