Been waiting for a response for 2 days now, the app is not working properly anymore.

I was looking for a Shipping insurance app when I stumbled upon Simply Shipping Protection. The app was free and easy to install. Although I had some minor problems (in terms of aesthetics), the support team was able to immediately resolve it.

The app is perfect for adding free order-value and so a lot of profit more over time. The app is very simple and fast to set up. And if there was any issue, I contacted the support-team (In my case John Dee) which immediately wrote back and fixed the issue in a just few minutes. Very kind, thank you!

Finally I found a shipping protection app that was easy to install and integrate with my theme and also works well. I tried more apps but my theme is unofficial shopify theme and all those themes that I tried didn't work. I have searched for some time for a better app, and this is it. Also customer support team replied quickly to my request and helped me. Thank you! Best!

My favorite shipping insurance app! With this app we can easily replace damaged orders without having to file a claim at another company. Support has also been really helpful at installing it properly in our cart drawer! 10/10

So far so good. I had some help with installing the app to my website and it was installed very quickly. I am hoping this will help with customers claiming lost or stolen packages. I have not had a claim through yet, but I do feel this will help me significantly when it comes to these issues. A customer now has an option at checkout to choose to want to add shipping insurance or not which is very nice!

I really love this app! It has helped me add additional trust & protection for my customers while earning extra revenue for my business which is a plus! Definitely install this app if you haven't already :)

So far it has been great, especially with how often FedEx wants to lose packages. Customer care is quick and helpful

Percent rules do not work. They have some limitation that makes the highest you can charge $68.99. They will ask you to use flat rate rule. So prepare to make dozens of rules just to get this app to work. Doesn't seem the care about fixing the code errors.

I've been using this app for a few months now. It was very easy to install and understand and I would definitely recommend it. :) - Updated to add that the customer service is top notch. I had an issue with the new 2.0 theme and John fixed it right away. Seriously, this is one of the best apps I have found on Shopify.

It was pretty easy to install for more than half of the steps. I had a little trouble towards the end, but I was able to get help right away and John Dee set everything up for me. He was even able to help with other questions I had that didn't involve setting it up. I'm really happy with their service

It does work although you have to paste the various bits of code in yourself and the claims management only works in English.

App works great and helps generate additional revenue while giving our customers extra assurance during the shipping process. Customer service was great, even reaching out just to make sure we were happy with everything shortly after the install. Wish we would have found this sooner!

Had some issues at first, but the team was quick to provide a solution. In the first few weeks the app generated $3,000 in additional revenue - 95% of which is pure profit. Adding this app to your store is one of the smartest things you can do.

Very straightforward to install, even manually the step by step is easy to follow. Customer service great, I needed some additional coding for putting the checkbox on the pop up cart, within a day they had it ready for us and responded almost instantly.

Tried installing on my own but was not working. I messaged team for help and they replied instantly and was able to get access to my store and get it up and running!

So happy with this app and the team behind it! They are very responsive and helpful with any questions I've had. I needed a replacement for EnGarde when they shut down and after horrible experiences with Route, was not going to make that mistake again! 100% you need this app if you are going to collect insurance - other third party apps that collect the insurance themselves and supposedly handle it all directly still take far too much of your shop's time. At the end of the day, your customers are still going to come to you if there's a shipping issue, so may as well handle it on your own and collect the insurance!

I use a lot of apps between all my Shopify stores. Simply Insurance is not only the best insurance app I have used, but the customer service may be the best out of any of the apps I have ever purchased. If you ship products you need this app!

I was looking for a replacement for Enguard when they shut down. I don't like the other apps for insurance because you don't have control over how the money is spent. This app is great, you receive the money, and you control the outcome of the shipping issues. Customer service is fast and friendly. Great app so far.
