So far, this product is the best solution we've found for offering shipping protection to our customers. Navidium has some placement issues that didn't work for our business and Route's service (both to our business and to our customers) has degraded over the past 6 months or so.

We used this app to help our amount of package claims and optimize our in/out cash flow. Their customer service is top notch and super quick.

Percent rules do not work, so I abandoned this app. And also too expensive for an app that does not perform.
