The app is good, works well. There is a issue for stores currently that are not on plus plans that cannot enable multipass, you will only be logged in on one device.
Other than that the dev & support team is very good.
SimplyOTP was easy to install and the team helped with the annual upgrade. Plugin is easy to use and helps in validating our customers.
This app works really well. Have been using it from last 6 months, the OTP process is quite smooth for the users
