Just poor support ,"il look into it" and then no replies

We are still trying to remove "Additional details" after we removed the app and still no reply from dev

We need the data removed or we will have to have Shopify step in

If i can put 0 stars i would. This is Absolutely the WORST app I have ever seen, and I am not talking about not tracking properly which it was completely off, I am talking about ERASING ALL THE ADS YOU HAVE PUT HARD EARNED MONEY IN AND ALL DATA GATHERED AND REPLACING THEM WITH BRAND NEW ONES. I was patient for a week with this mess for them to tell me they could not reverse it. On top of that they started publishing campaigns I did not plan on publishing and were on draft. An absolute mess, I don't even know how it's legal to mess up your ads and structure that much. BE CAREFUL with your data!!!
