This app continues to get better and better. Added functionality and great support go a long way to ease the everyday administrative burdens of selling digital products. The SkyPilot support team has always been quick to respond and more recently have gone above and beyond to help us through a confusing selling process. Excellent customer service!

Where do I start? I am new to Shopify and new to Sky Pilot. They could not have been more kind and patient in helping me navigate an issue. Not only that, but Allessandro (manager) noticed that we are a non-profit organization and provided us with a discount to our plan (actually with additional features)! Who does that? Sky Pilot. I have been using SkyPilot for almost 3 years now and am still thrilled with how easy and effortless this service makes selling digital items. Any time I've had a question (no matter how small) I get a quick, professional response. I love being able to see which of my customers have downloaded their purchases and how many times. The Access Alert feature has helped me to put a stop to several spambots/pirates/thieves and also allowed me to work with a few of my customers to secure their own email accounts. All in all, a tremendously positive experience!

I have been using this app for the past couple of years and I absolutely love how it functions! No issue with deliverability! I love that I can revoke access if a customer is abusing their account. Support is prompt and very helpful, even with those of us that aren't that tech savy! Thank you!

I could have sworn I had written this already, so I'm doing it now. Sky Pilot is by far the most important tool in our kit. We deliver 1000's of digital products each month, and we'd have a heck of a time doing it without Sky Pilot. It is so simple to create the product and add the attachments. We use this product all the time to do pre-sales. Adding attachments to a product after a sale give all the customers who purchased access to those videos, not just the ones who order after a change. Integration is tight with our store and they're support is fantastic. They've been able to help us with our issues, even pointing us in the right direction with other apps that were conflicting with theirs. If you sell digital products, this is the way to go. Update: They've recently implemented a new administrative backend which has made the system much easier to work with in all cases.

Sky Pilot is an amazing app that we use to give customers PDF copies of their purchases in addition to selling PDF only books. The tool is simple to use, has a great feature set, and their support team is really top notch.

It's secured, and pumping out feature updates quick.
Also with highest tier, it has ability to self host your file in your own AWS S3 Bucket, and CloudFront CDN.
Switching to self host is instant, and support is very responsive.

I absolutely love Sky Pilot for my digital file delivery to my customers. The improvements that Sky Pilot has made since I started using it have made my tasks of uploading files so much easier.
