Rawail's tech support service on TikTok SPL was exceptional. I would rate the overall support I received from Rawail with 5 stars. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided clear solutions. The speed of the support provided was also impressive, deserving a 5-star rating. Rawail's quick response and efficient problem-solving ensured that my issue was resolved promptly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the support experience and would highly recommend Rawail for her outstanding assistance.
This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function!
But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.
We truly appreciate your feedback and wanted to reach out with an update. The issue with old TikTok orders syncing has now been fully resolved, and we’ve also made improvements to our customer support responsiveness.
