great service but the daily limits stopped me for the day. Unbelievable service. Quick to help access account to help you accomplish required tasks.

Amazing support and a great application for TikTok Shop integration! I love how simple and user-friendly it is.

Super easy to install and understand.
At first this app and their support were great. After becoming a paid member it fell apart. The app stopped working. Inventory stopped being synced. Orders stopped being synced. It was a nightmare. I was selling variants I didn't have in stock. . . I tried to work with them for a few months and every time they assured me it would work after giving me some generic response. They did not take the time to meet with me or try to help with the issue. I deleted and asked for a refund. . . and radio silence :) I suggest another app with better support.

The meeting was efficient and straight to the point, which I appreciated. However, Mara did not come across as particularly welcoming. Her tone felt somewhat curt, which made it difficult to engage fully or feel comfortable asking questions. A warmer, more open approach would have helped create a more collaborative atmosphere.
