I had just installed it. So far looks ok. I think the APP is easy to set up. I do wish that WhatsApp business itself has chatbots functions though. Right now setting up the quick replies and will update here again after using this for a few days more.

This app is very simple and user friendly to set up. One can reach customers directly through whatsapp and the customers can directly reach out on the whatsapp business number provided. Also provides the ability to follow up on abandoned cart. The customer service person responded to my query in 30 sec and helped me set up the whole app and settings. Very nice and helpful - strongly recommended.
