Exceptional customer support - very fast response time and very helpful. They fixed a duplicate code issue that was supressing our ranking, hopefully it gets our site ranking well again after some weeks.

Exceeded all my expectations
I added this app to my Shopify store for the features but it's the support that really makes this an outstanding app on your store.
I asked for guidance with one access request and have ended up with a complete site improvement, with SEO enhancements, site clean up and additional features that were not even on my radar.
It may be called Tiny Seo but the value that it adds is anything but that. Julia supported me with my enhancements with an approach of deeper diving and being very pro-active, outstanding service.
I would highly recommend this app and don't just add it, say hello to the team as that is where the power really lies with this app addition.

Julia was incredibly helpful today. She helped us clean up our entire structured data setup — disabled the theme's lower-quality JSON-LD, configured TinySEO's Product, Store, Website and Collection markup, and connected the Judge.me integration for review snippets. We went from 1 invalid item in Google's Rich Results Test to 5 valid types and zero errors in a single session.

Besonders die KI-Funktion erleichtert die Arbeit ungemein da sie das Ausfüllen der Metafelder erheblich schneller und einfacher macht.

Außerdem möchte ich den Support hervorheben: Er ist schnell, freundlich und äußerst hilfreich. In meinem Fall musste eine bereits installierte Software entfernt werden, um die Ladegeschwindigkeit zu verbessern. Das Team hat sich um alles gekümmert und konnte dies über einen Gastzugang erledigen.

I have found this app very easy to use and really helps with SEO optimisation for a website with a lot of product listings and collection pages. I like that it gives a score for each page so you can easily see where improvements can be made. The image optimisation feature is also brilliant.
Julia reached out to help with to remove some JSON-LD theme code today and provided some additional invaluable advice on where improvements could be made to my website - thanks Julia :)

Julia was incredibly fast, friendly, and super helpful from the start. She immediately understood my issue and gave clear advice to fix my Shopify image quality, which saved me a lot of frustration.
