The app is pretty self explanatory for most users (even beginners in this type of work) which is a great help if you're working within a team of varying skills. The support is also very good and attentive - which helps you get round any issues or questions you may have. If you have any doubt, whether you should download this app or not, take a leap of faith. I have never seen a better support team. They are so active, responsive and goes 1 step beyond.
