After opening the App. Your existing menu is already there. No need to start over. Just edit or design. That's a nice touch. 4 stars for now. Let's see how it performs.

SmartMega Menu was nice, until I needed customer service. It is very difficult to get customer service. I've contacted Qikify customer support and haven't received a response in 9 days. I've sent 5 emails to them to solve this issue and Qikify is not helping. It's very frustrating. Because of this, my customers can't contact us through our website. We are losing business because of the lack of customer support from Qikify. Hopefully you have better luck with their customer service.

Very good app, it loads very quick and doesn’t mess up my JavaScript the mobile menu is in perfect sync with this app too. Highly recommended.

Hi Henry, helped me very well for a few days in a row. I wanted to have it adjusted by means of a CSS editor .. Customer service did not come to me immediately, but that was more due to the time difference I think. It's a great app and the pay version is definitely worth it! Nice app, but it seems it doesn't handle multiple languages / translations at all ? or am I doing something wrong ?

To answer your question: Shopify doesn't support a native tool to translate a store, you need to use a translation app instead. And our Smart Menu is compatible with some translation apps, which you can use to add another language to your menu. Please contact us at support.qikify.com for further guides.
