I installed this app because I needed to send order notifications to different recipients based on buying groups and this app solved my problem. The support is super top notch! Great app from a great team. As orders are handled by different teams determined by product type and location we have been able to use the app to automate fulfilment requests.

Before finding this app, I was emailing customers manually with booking information. Thanks to Smart Order Notifications once an order is placed the customer automatically receives an email with booking instructions. In addition, the service provider also receives an email with the customers contact info. This process as saved me so much time on the backend and also adds more of a tech feel to the ordering process. Kieran in customer support is very responsive and has been very helpful getting things set up! I am so happy to have found this app!
